Wednesday, October 26, Halloween Dance, after school. Hosted by AVID and the Washington DC team.  Tickets can be purchased at lunch.  They are $2 for Honor Roll students and $3 for students with a 2.0-3.0 GPA.  (Students must have a 2.0 GPA and no unserved detentions in order to participate in school activities.)
Thursday, October 27, Prospective Student/Family Tour, 9:30am
This week our school counselor, Mrs.Traylor, will be showing 8th graders a new computer program that helps them learn more about potential careers.  

The Green Team meets every Tuesday during lunch in Ms. Major-Taylor's Room 202.

Thursday, October 20 - "Lights on Afterschool" - promoting the Bret Harte Academy after school program, 4:30 - 6pm, Room 110
Friday, October 21 - 8th grade deadline - $99 registration fee for Washington D.C. trip.  See Ms. Lila Morris for more information.
Saturday, October 22 - *Community Work Day, Bret Harte campus, 10am-2pm
Saturday, October 22 - **Electronics Waste Collection, Bret Harte campus, 9am-4pm
