Yearbooks for sale this week for $10; after Spring Break they will be $15. Get an envelope from the main office, then turn in your money after school and get a receipt from Mrs. Nastor in Room 208.

NEXT WEEK AT BRET HARTE, April 1 - 7

Thursday, April 5, 3 -6pm, Art Show for after school program in the Cafetorium. All students and staff are invited to submit up to six pieces of art for the show.
Note: Students will have the opportunity to sell their art and take 100% of the sales. All artwork must be dropped off to the After School Office in room 111 no later than Monday, April 2nd. Students and Teachers artwork should have the following: Name, title of work, price (if for sale), Type of artwork (acrylics, ink, pencil,etc.), and grade (does not apply to teachers). If you have any questions you can contact Cameron in the afterschool program.

Saturday, April 7, Washington D.C. Team departs

Wednesday, April 4, 6 - 8pm, School gym - New Students and parents sign up for courses for 2012-13 school year. 6th Graders: Looking for something interesting and fun to do this summer? Aim High is a fantastic five-week summer program beginning June 25, from 8 to 3pm daily. Students will participate in academic classes, Sports, the Arts, and College Awareness and more. Fridays are reserved for fieldtrips. If you are interested, you can either apply online or see Mrs. Traylor for an application. Application deadline is April 6.
Students, you are invited to participate in BRRC Day which is geared especially toward African American youth grades 6 through 8 that reside throughout the Bay Area. It will be held at UC Berkeley on April 28. This event will be FREE to all students. Applications are available from Mrs. Traylor or from your English teacher. The application must be postmarked to the BRRC office at CAL by Tuesday, April 10th.
